Landing page, email banners and social media marketing were the primary strategies used when a campaign was directed to current Girl Scout members.
The Trailhead is a weekly blog written and promoted by the in-house marketing department to serve as a resource and inspiration supporting the Girl Scout community. Pinterest is the number one social media channel (and resource) used by Girl Scout troop leaders and adult volunteers.

Overall Campaign Result
A 66% increased customer retention (annual membership renewal) over the previous year's campaign.
To promote summer camp registration, I designed (and created mock-ups for) a camp-themed, branded “Infinity Bandana” as a giveaway.
Promotion Result
More than 2,000 girls were registered for summer camp within the promotion month of May.
Troop leaders are encouraged to recruit new girls to their troop. By opting to grow their troop they receive this limited edition patch.
