The “Join Girl Scouts” fall campaign is the most crucial for initiating long-term members. To be successful, it must appeal to both girls and their parents/guardians. The collateral is used by volunteer recruiters who interact with girls and parents at school and community events. Below is a sample of some of the assets I designed.
Overall Campaign Results
Total campaign consisted of 20+ pieces of collateral, resulting in 7,878 new girl memberships and 5,125 new adult memberships, 30% above projected goals.
These branded school supply freebies were given away to school-aged girls to spread interest and increase brand visibility among peers in schools.
Problem
Volunteer recruiters are not provided with business cards.
Solution
Postcards were designed with space for name and contact info labels that volunteers could print from their home computers.
Used as takeaway info for parents at volunteer tabled recruitment events. Infographics and statistics appeal to parents/guardians by providing information that connects Girl Scouts and career success.
